PDX Disability Justice Collective |
The Disability Justice Collaborative is a program of The UPRISE Collective. We work with the PDX Disability Justice Collective to coordinate programming, events, and advocacy around disability rights and justice.
The Disability Justice Collaborative Program Coordinator works collaboratively with the PDX Disability Justice Collective membership to support the work and projects designed and run for and by BIPOC, sick, disabled, Mad/mentally ill, D/deaf/HoH, low vision/blind, neuroatypical, or otherwise chronically ill people. |
The Portland Disability Justice Collective is a grassroots, social engagement and support group by and for queer/trans, Black, Indigenous, multiracial folks and people of color (straight/cis/white disabled folks are welcome, but not centered) sick, disabled, Mad/mentally ill, D/deaf/HoH, low vision/blind, neuroatypical, or otherwise chronically ill people, to deepen our understanding, practice, and self-reflection of disability justice and mutual aid. We are a do-it-together collective.
