Organizational Learning
Our Organizational Learning work goes beyond your typical Diversity, Equity and Inclusion workshops, trainings, or assessments. Instead we strive to embody and share a deeper framework that holds Liberation and healing at the core of what we do. Utilizing Popular Education with aTrauma Informed, Anti-Oppressive Practice approach, we center the experiences and knowledge of communities who have done and continue to do the unending work of resisting colonization. We offer tools, strategies, and processes that center equity and care for all staff in your workplace.
Through our Organizational Learning programming, our team weaves together a unique focus on upholding not only our intersecting stories of oppression, and how they inform our current work, but also our stories of resistance, healing, and survivance to further inform our trainings. Each training or package we develop is customized in collaboration with the community we are invited into.

The UPRISE Collective Organizational Learning Catalog contains a list of available trainings that support our organization’s mission by engaging in in-systems change work. This list is fluid, and will change as the needs of the community change. Length and format of each training are also fluid, as we strive to consistently remain responsive to your community or organizational needs. Each training or package we develop is customized in collaboration with the community we are invited into.
