Schedule a Training
Organizational and Community Trainings help us to fund other community projects. Our trainings focus on equity, cultural humility, recentering social change work, anti-oppressive practice, and looking critically at power relationships within organizations. We work primarily with social service organizations, schools, and educational organizations, and are also open to working with for-profit businesses that are interested in engaging in difficult conversations to advance organizational equity. Visit our Contact Us page to get started.
Engage in Community Or Organizational Assessment
Our work in Community and Organizational Assessment helps us to fund other community projects. We focus primarily on Organizational and Community Evaluations and Needs Assessments, for which our staff will commit to a three-to-six month process of evaluations and new program implementation based on our findings. Visit our Contact Us page to get started.

- Note: Our community work is grounded in the philosophy that social uplift is best achieved when voices from within communities are centered. The UPRISE Collective focuses its work in supporting projects that originate from people and groups who hold targeted identities, and who would like to engage in work to uplift communities to which they themselves belong. We recognize that allyship and accompliceship are important parts of community work, and ask that those who wish to be accomplices in this work think critically about their roles, and allow leadership to be centered where it belongs.
