What Is Organizational Learning?

by | Nov 3, 2025

What is Organizational Learning?  The UPRISE Collective has an Organizational Learning program that encompasses our tailored trainings and curriculum along with support and tools like strategic planning, facilitation, and coaching. We help organizations and programs small and large as a thought partner and equity guide by sharing our histories and collective skills to create solutions and action plans. The UPRISE Collective is very proud to be able to work with communities, meet them where they are in terms of capacity and work to tailor curriculum and support to fit their needs.

In the coming year, our community will have access to an online learning platform. Our UPRISE members will have access to free equity and liberation resources, lessons, and a reflective space to explore our ancestral stories. If you are interested in a specific topic, let us know! We will do our best to support your unique needs.  We can also create training lessons for organizations and programs to meet your learning and professional development requirements.
